Court Slams life sentence on charge of killing wife
The district court of Baitadi has ordered to sentence 18 years old Bharat Ram Luhar of Patan Municipality-1 for life with extra eight more years. Similarly, 27 years old Manoj Ram Dayal was also sentenced for life. They were found guilty of killing 16 years old Laxmi Parki of Melauli Municipality after rape.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint against the accused 7 months ago in Area Police Office , Patan Baitadi,on charge of killing after rape.
