Court Slams five years on charge of witchcraft allegation
The District Court of Kailali has ordered to sentence Bhole Baba alias Ram Bahadur Chaudhary including three others for five years after finding them guilty on beating Radha Chaudhary ,20 of Ghodaghodi Municpality-5 Deukali alleging her of being witch on March 8.
A single bench of District Court judge Parshuram Bhattarai also ordered to penalize Ram Bahadur for Rs 100,000.
The court has also ordered to sentence 23 years old Kishmati Chaudhary and 21 years old Smarika Chaudhary, 21 for six months for their involvement in the incident.
