Court slams five and half years on charge of rape
The District Court of Bardiya has ordered to sentence 18 years old Kashim Pathan of Guleriya Municipality-10 for five and half years on January 8 after finding him guilty on raping six years old girl.
The victim was raped by the convict on May 11, 2018 and complaint against him was lodged at District Police Office by the victim’s family om May 12.
On May 12, the convict was arrested by the police an was remanded in custody by the court order on June 4.
