Court Slams five and half years on charge of rape
The District Court of Nuwakot has ordered to sentence 64 years old Krishna Bahadur Bista of Tarkeshwor Rural Municipality-3 for five and half years after finding him guilty on raping 14 years old girl with disability. A single bench of District court bench Rishikesh Wagle had given the verdict regarding the case on April 28.
The victim was raped by the convict on April 17 and complaint against him was lodged at DPO on April 18.
The victim underwent health checkup at Trishuli Hospital on April 18 according to police.
