Court slams 15 days imprisonment for the accused of Intended Rape
The District Court of Dang has ordered to sentence 33 years old Tula Ram Yadav of Rajpur-3 on December 1 for 15 days after finding him guilty on intended rape on 27 years old woman.
A single bench of District Court judge Balabhadra Bastola had given a verdict regarding the case. The court had also ordered to compensate him for Rs 5,000.
The victim said that the accused had deliberately shown an intention of rape by showing his private parts. The accused was arrested after the complaint against him was lodged at Area Police Office of Gadhawa by the victim.
