Court Slams 12 years for rapist
The district Court of Dang has ordered to sentence Ramesh Rawal, 23 of Sharada Municipality-15 for 12 years on charge of raping 16 years old girl.
A single bench of district court judge Komal Prasad Acharya has given a verdict regarding the case on March 28. The court has also ordered for compensation of Rs 75,000.
The victim’s party lodged complaint that the victim was raped by the accused on January 31. The victim underwent a health checkup at Rapti zonal hospital on February 1.
