Court slams 11 years for rapist
The district court of Makwanpur has ordered to sentence 28 years old Thulobabau Dimdung of Bakaiya village council-12, Thingana for 11 years after finding him guilty on raping 6 years old girl.
The court has also ordered for a compensation of Rs 50,000 from the accused. A single bench of district court judge Daya Ram Dhakal had given a verdict on March 28.
The Area Police Office of Thingana had arrested the accused on January 28 on charge of raping a girl on January 27. The victim underwent a health checkup at Hetauda Hospital on March 29.
