Court Sentenced Two and half Years for Accused of Attempted Rape
The District Court of Chitwan has ordered to sentence 34-year-old Buddhi Sunar of Bharatpur Submetropolis-23 for two and half years on charge of attempting to rape a 63-year-old elderly disabled woman.
A single bench of district court judge Tek Narayan Kunwar has given a verdict on the case.
A complaint was lodged against him at police office on charge of attempting to rape a physically disabled woman on May 25.
He was arrested on June 15 by the police and registered a complaint against him under attempted to rape Act. The victim underwent a health check up at Bharatpur Hospital on June 16.
