Compliant field against accused of Domestic Violence
Amma Damai, 21, of Khadachakra Municipality-2 has lodged a complaint against her husband Kabi Damai, 28, on charge of beating her for not giving birth to son at District police office, on 8 September.
DSP Shyambabu Oli of District Police office said victim woman has stated that the accused beat her and thrown out of home on 7 September on her filed complaint.
DSP Oli added accused is absconded after the case filed and police is searching for accused Damai for arrest and investigation.
According to police, injured victim’s treatment was conducted at District hospital on 7 September.
