Complaint Regsiterd against Accused of Beating and Inhuman Treatment
Mobarak Nadaf, 21, Loharpatti municipality-6, filed a complaint against District Police Office, against Anand Mishra,34, Krishna Mishra, on April 10, 2023, on the charge of beating and inhuman treatment.
Nadaf accused Mishra of accusing him of theft, after which he tied Nadaf to an electric pole in the market, shaved his head, rubbed shoot on his face, and beat him.
“I had been asking Mishra, a contractor, for my wages. After he refused to pay, I took the grinder machine and the fan as compensation. The contractor called me to Shiv Ashram at Loharpatti Chowk, on April 6, 2023, saying that he would pay if I return the machines. When I reached there, the contractor accused me of theft and inhumanly beat me’- said the victim.
DSP Dilip Giri said that the police arrested the Mishra on the same day based on the complaint filed by the Nadaf.
