Complaint registered against the rape accused
A complaint has been registered at District Police Office against 24 years old Shiba Lal Thapa on April 23 charge of raping 17 years old girl.
The accused was arrested by the police based on a verbal complaint lodged by the victim’s family on April 18.
The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Tamghas on April 20.
