Complaint registered against husband for domestic violence
Sanju Dhakal, 30 of Nilkantha Municipality-12 has registered complaint against her husband Krishna Lamsal, 31 on charge of inflicting domestic violence on her by beating and misbehaving. The victim has demanded for the divorce with her husband.
The victim said that she was being victim of domestic violence by her husband as she was being thrashed every day in an inebriated state. Her husband is in teaching profession.
Prior to this complaint, the victim had lodged complaint at District Police Office however the case was settled in an agreement.
