Complaint Registered Against Accused of Rape of Minor
A complaint has been registered on 14 March 2023, against Rajesh Kumar Ram, 22, of Shambhunath Municipality-1 Khoksar Prahwa on the charge of rape of a 15-year-old girl.
Saptari District Police informed that the complaint was filed by the victim’s mother at the District Police Office.
The victim accused Rajesh Kumar Ram of raping her on the night of 7 February. The medical examination of the victim was conducted at Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital on 13 March.
An arrest warrant has been issued by the District Court against the accused. The accused hasn’t been arrested so far.
