Complaint Lodged Against witchcraft allegation
The victim’s party has lodged complaint against 50 years old Subba Tamang of Jugal Rural Municipality-4 and 45 years old Dhanamaya Tamang at District Police Office on November 27 on charge of ostracizing 25 years old woman by alleging her of being witch.
The victim’s party has accused them of ostracizing the victim on September 22 alleging her of spelling black magic on daughter of Dhana Maya by making her ill.
After the ostracizing, at current, she is living in her parental home at Gumba. Immediately after the incident, she lodged complaint at Rural Municipality Office however her issue was not addressed and she had to lodge complaint at DPO says the victim.
The District Police Office said that the police post at Tembathan has been corresponded to arrest the accused.
