Complaint Lodged against the accused of Murder of UML cadres

A complaint has been lodged against CPN Maoist centre leader and former state minister Devi Khadka along with 39 others by the ward candidate Gore Tamang at District Police office on May 10 on charge of their involvement in killing of his 33 years old son Kul Bahadur Tamang of Gaurishankar Village council on May 9.

The family has accused that Kul Bahadur was murdered by the cadres of CPN Maoist centre by using sharp weapon at Jung Dahabari of the same village council. The cadres of CPN UML had staged protest rally from UML party office before lodging complaint at DPO.

The CPN UML cadre was killed by the cadres of Maoist centre on May 9 while he was at hotel after finishing a day long election campaign. He was beaten, dragged out of the hotel before murdering him with a sharp weapon after taking him at the ground in Nikantheshwor Secondary School.

In a same incident, Dil Bahadur Budathoki, teacher of Nilkantheshwor school was seriously injured and receiving treatment in Kathmandu.
