Complaint lodged against sexual abuse
A complaint against 15 years old boy, Deepak Dulal, 25 of Melamchi Municipality-11 and 24 years old Shyam Sunder Kadel of same municipality has been lodged at Area Police Office of Melamchi on September 14 on charge of sexually abusing 16 years old girl.
The victim was abused by the accused on September 3 in one hotel at Melamchi Bazar and complaint against them was lodged by the victim’s party and since then the accused are at large.
The victim underwent health checkup at primary health centre of Melamchi on September 14 according to Area Police Office .
