Complaint lodged against domestic violence
Dasni Kumar, 44 of Dudhauli Municipality-3, Nipane Kalapani has accused her 50 years old husband Sancha Kumar of beating her on May 13 and 14 in support from neighbor Belmati Kumar,27.
The victim said that she was physically and mentally tortured by the accused and was abused sexually.
On May 14 she was severely beaten by the accused and was attacked with stone before injuring her, according to the victim. A complaint against the accused was lodged by the victim’s family at District Police Office on May 14 according to SP Chandra Bahadur Singh of District Police Office.
The victim was threatened by the accused for a long time to marry another woman as per the complaint. The victim is receiving treatment in support of one door emergency relief management center according to SP Singh.
