Complaint lodge against Human Trafficking
A complaint against 34 years old Nema Lama of Thampal Rural Municipality-1 is lodged at Area Police Office of Melamchi on June 23 on charge of trafficking 37 years old woman.
The victim as lured for a better job by the accused and was taken to Kathmandu on May 29 and after that her whereabouts remains unknown according to the victim’s party. The complaint was lodged at Area Police Office under human trafficking act according to to the police source.
The accused is at large right after the incident and his search is undergoing according to DSP Madhav Kaphle of District Police Office of Sindhupalchok.
