Complaint Filed Against the Accused of Sexual Abuse
A complaint has been filed against Kapil Ghimire, a teacher at Janak Namuna Secondary School, Gaindakot Municipality-5, at the District Police Office, Nawalparasi (east of Bardaghat Susta) on April 18, 2022, on the charge of sexually abusing an 18-year-old girl.
According to SP Prajjwal Maharjan of District Police Office, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East), the accused was arrested by the police team after the students and parents protested against the teacher on April 18. The accused had shown an obscene video on April 7 and misbehaved with the students at the school.
He said that they have arrested the accused and are investigating about the incident.
The victim has been examined at the District Hospital, Bharatpur on April 19.
