Complaint Filed Against the Accused of Sexual Abuse
A complaint has been filed against Raghav Gurung, 22, of Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan-1 at the Area Police Office, Tulsipur on October 23, 2021, on the charge of sexually abusing a 30-year-old woman.
According to the relatives of the victim, the accused had sexually abused the victim on October 20.
DSP Shyamu Aryal of the Area Police Office, Tulsipur, told INSEC that the accused had absconded immediately after the incident and a search is ongoing.
The victim has been examined at Rapti Provincial Hospital, Tulsipur on October 23.
