Complaint filed Against the Accused of Rape
A complaint has been filed against Tarasingh Lama, 48, of Simkot Rural Municipality-4 on the accusation of raping a 15-year-old girl. The complaint was filed on January 2, 2022.
The victim told INSEC that the accused had raped her on June 11, 2021, after which she was eight month’s pregnant.
The health checkup of the victim was conducted on January 1, 2022, at the District Hospital of Humla, informed Dr. Kailash Lama.
DSP Heramba Sharma said that investigation is ongoing regarding the incident.
