Complaint Filed Against the Accused of Rape
A complaint has been filed against Maudhkar Khang alias Bankar, 46, from Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality-5, on 31 March in the charge of rape of a 17-year-old girl with intellectual disabilities.
Area police have informed that the case has been proceeded forward based on the complaint filed by the victim’s father. Victim was raped in the sister-in-law’s home of the accused multiple times since 24 October 2022. The incident came into notice after victim conceived a child.
Medical examination of the victim was conducted at Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital on 26 March 2023. An arrest warrant has been issued against eh accuse but, he hasn’t been arrested yet.
