Complaint Filed Against the Accused of Rape
Father of the victim has filed a complaint at the District Police Office against Rabindra Mahhato, 23, of Godaita Municipality-1, Bahadurpur, in the charge of rape of a 16-year-old girl.
As per victim’s father, the accused had raped his daughter on 8 March 2023.
Inspector of the District Police Office, Sabin Karki informed that they are in search of the accused as he absconded towards India following the incident.
Medical examination of the victim was conducted at Sarlahi District Hospital, Malangwa on 24 March.
