Complaint filed Against Rape Accused
The victim has lodged a complaint against 34-year-old Bishnu Chaudhary of Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan-18 at the District Police Office, Ghorahi on March 24.
The accused had taken the victim into custody at a Helpless Children’s Development centre in Tulsipur-18 on May 15, 2018.
After the incident, the girl escaped from the centre on March 21 and was kept in a safe house in Ghorahi sub-metropolitan on March 22.
According to SP Ganesh Chand of the District Police Office, an investigation is underway into the case.
The victim has been examined at Rapti Institute of Health Sciences on March 24.
