Complaint Filed Against Incest Rape
A complaint has been registered on October 17, 2024 at District Police Office Dhading against a 26-year-old man on the charge of raping his 17-year-old niece.
Following the complaint filed by the aggrieved party at the Area Police Office, Khanikhola, on October 12, the accused was arrested and detained on October 13. Inspector Prahalad Silwal of the District Police Office stated that a case was promptly registered at the District Police Office as soon as the court resumed operations after the Dashain holiday. According to the police, the victim complained that the girl had been raped for a long time and the child was aborted after the rape.
The health examination of the victim was done on 17 October at the Dhading Hospital.
