Complaint Filed Against Crime of Rape
A complaint was filed against 39-year-old Sanjay Yadav of Barathawa Municipality-5 at the Area Police Office, Barathawa on December 2 for attempting to rape a 34-year-old woman The aggrieved party stated that the accused Yadav had attempted to rape the victim on 30 September 2024 at the Area Police Office, Barhathwa, on 2 December.
DSP Muktinath Sapkota of the Area Police Office, Barhathwa informed that the accused Yadav was absconding after the incident.
The health examination of the victim was done on December 2 at Sarlahi District Hospital Malangwa.
