Complaint Filed Against Crime of Rape
A complaint has been registered against 18-year-old Chhaba Bahadur Gharti of Malika Rural municipality-4 at the District Police Office on November 27 for the charge of raping a 12-year-old girl. It has been alleged that the accused took the victim to a Hotel on 17 November and raped her. Gharti was arrested on November 25, 2024 based on the verbal complaint of the aggrieved party.
The health examination of the victim was done on November 25 at Gulmi Hospital, Tamghas.
