Complaint Filed Against Accused of Statutory Rape
A complaint was registered against 20-year-old Tilak Kumal of Tripurasundari Rural Municipality-1 on 3 june at the District Police Office Dhading for the charge of raping a 15-year-old minor.
DSP Makendra Kumar Mishra informed that the aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on June 2 alleging that the victim was repeatedly raped from April 10, 2024 to May 28, 2024.
DSP Mishra added that the accused was arrested on June 2 and detained for five days as per the order of the district court on June 3.
The health examination of the victim was done on 2 June at Dhading Hospital.
