Complaint Filed Against Accused of Sexual Abuse
The aggrieved party filed a police complaint against Prahrilad Rai, 29, of Majhuwagadhi Municipality-9 Nirmalidanda, Diktel Roopakot, on the charge of sexual abuse of a 20-year-old woman.
District Police Office Inspector Romanraj Aryal said the police registered the complaint on May 1, 2023.
The 44-year-old father of the victim told the INSEC representative that he filed a police complaint against the accused for sexually abusing his daughter.
According to the police, the accused absconded after the complaint was filed.
The health examination of the victim girl was conducted at the district hospital on May 1.
