Complaint Filed Against Accused of Rape of Minor
A complaint was filed against Arjun Barhi,22, of Marchwari Rural Municipality-2 Amuwa, on the charge of rape of a 13-year-old girl at the Local Police Office on Tuesday, 14 March 2023.
The victim filed stating that the accused had raped her several times since 29 August and the last time was on 3 February.
According to the victim, the accused absconded after finding out that the girl was pregnant due to rape.
Inspector Dipesh Kharelal of the Area Police office said that based on the complaint the search for the accused is underway.
The health examination of the victim was done on 6 March at Bhim Hospital Bhairahawa.
