Complaint Filed Against Accused of Rape
A complaint against 33-year-old Hari Subedi of Badganga Municipality-10, Kapilvastu has been registered at the Area Police Office, Saljhandi, on August 7 accusing him of raping a 34-year-old woman.
The aggrieved party filed the complaint at the Area Police Office, Saljhandi on August 7, alleging that the accused had raped the woman on July 4. Inspector Anil Pandit of the Area Police Office, Saljhandi, informed INSEC that the search for the absconding accused is underway.
The health examination of the victim was done on 7 August at Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal.
