Complaint Filed Against Accused of Rape
Area Police Office, Lahan, registered a case against Binod Kumar Yadav, 25, of Lahan Municipality-9, on May 17 for raping a 17-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party stated that they filed a complaint at the Area Police Office in Lahan on May 16, alleging that the accused had raped the girl on May 14.
The health examination of the victim was done on May 17 at the Provincial Hospital, Lahan.
DSP Bishnu Prasad Soti of the Lahan Area Police Office informed that the accused was arrested on May 16 as soon as the incident was reported.
