Complaint Filed Against Accused of Rape
Aggrieved Party filed a complaint against Dilip Kumar Mahato, 29, of Haripurwa Municipality-8, on June 18, 2023, at the Malangwa District Police Office, on the charge of rape of an 18-year-old girl.
According to the Police Office, the mother of the victim had lodged a complaint at the Malangwa District Police Office accusing the man of rape of his daughter, on June 11, at a garden in the west of Haripurwa village.
District Police Office Malangwa DSP Kailash Rai informed that the accused had absconded after the incident.
The health examination of the victim girl was conducted on June 18 at Sarlahi District Hospital, Malangwa.
