Complaint Filed against Accused of Rape
Local Police Office, Mirchaiya, registered a case against Ranjan Yadav, 21, of Kalyanpur Municipality-9, on April 17, 2023, alleging him of the rape of a 16-year-old girl.
The victim’s mother said the accused raped the victim on March 27 and filed a complaint at the local police office in Mirchaiya on April 16.
The health examination of the victim was done on April 16 at Siraha Provincial Hospital.
According to Harikrishna KC, DSP of the Area Police Office, Mirchaiya, the accused is absconding, and the search is on.
