Complaint Filed Against Accused of Rape
A complaint has been filed against Aakash Mandal, 22, of Shahidnagar Municipality-3 on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl. The complaint was filed at Yadukoha Area Police Office on August 9, 2022.
It is alleged that the victim was raped by the accused on August 5.
Inspector Haribishnu Dhakal of the Yadukoha Police Station said that the victim girl filed a complaint against the accused on August 6.
The health examination of the victim was conducted on August 6 at the Provincial Hospital Janakpurdham.
Inspector Dhakal said that since the accused is absconding after the incident, the search is on.
