Complaint Filed Against Accused in Journalist’s Killing
Aggrieved party filed a complaint against 55-year-old Sushil Yadav, Birendra Yadav,26, 23-year-old Dhirendra Yadav and 32-year-old Lakshminarayan Yadav of Dhanushadham municipality-5 for the killing 30-year-old Binay Kumar Yadav, executive editor of Enews Bureau of the same ward.
The complaint was filed by the deceased’s mother Kantidevi Yadav at the District Police Office on May 1 alleging that the accused had killed her son on April 23. Additionally, Sankhar Prasad Yadav, the brother of the deceased alleged that the incident was pre planned but tried to portray it as an accident. He asked for a thorough investigation against all four accused.
The post-mortem of the body was done on 24 April at Provincial Hospital, Janakpurdham.
DSP Ranjan Aawa of the District Police Office informed that the investigation regarding the incident is going on. Likewise, Sub Inspector Sikendra Kumar Kamat of District Police Office Dhanusha, Criminal Investigation Branch added necessary action against the accused will be taken according to the law.
