Complaint Filed Against Accused of Attempted Rape
The victim filed a complaint against Yagya Bahadur Thapa, 35, of Jiri Municipality-3, on the charge of attempted rape of a 64-year-old woman at the District Police Office on April 26, 2023.
District Police Office Inspector, Dharmesh Yadav, said that the accused allegedly entered the victim’s house, on April 22, and attempted to rape her.
The medical examination of the victim woman was conducted on April 25 at Pashupati Memorial Hospital Charikot.
Inspector Yadav informed that the police arrested the accused on the same day.
