Complaint Filed Against Accused for Abducting Woman and Holding her Captive
A complaint was filed at the District Police Office, Dhanusha, against 22-year-old Sumit Rai of Kurtha, Janakpurdham-21, on February 17 accusing him of abducting a 21-year-old woman and holding her captive. The victim’s father alleged that the accused abducted the woman from Kalaiya Municipality-13, Bara on February 11.
The accused has been absconding and the search is ongoing as informed by Inspector Sagar Karki from the Case Branch of the District Police Office, Dhanusha.
