Complaint Filed against the Accused of Attempted Rape and Sexual Abuse
A complaint has been lodged against Dhanraj Malla, 28, Hasta Malla, 24, and Janak Malla, 26, of Khadachakra Municipality-8, at the District Police Office on May 23 in the allegation of rape attempt and sexual abuse to a girl and two women.
The victims, a 17 years girl and two women of 18 years and 23 years, has accused that the alleged sexually abused and attempted to rape them on June 22.
DSP Chakra Bahadur Sah of the District Police Office told INSEC representative that the absconding accused could not be arrested due to the restriction order caused by COVID-19.
The health examination of the victims was conducted at the District Hospital, Kalikot on May 25, said the Information Officer of the hospital, Katak Mahat.
