Complaint Against Accused of Rape Attempt
On August 1, the victim party filed a complaint accusing a 43-year-old woman of attempted rape against 45-year-old Lekhnath Poudel and 30-year-old Bhuvan Pandey from Ward No. 5 of Shivaraj Municipality.
DSP Min Bahadur Ghale from Kapilvastu District Police Office stated that the victim lodged a complaint on July 29, alleging that the two accused attempted to rape her, and they are currently on the run.
The health examination of the victim was conducted at Bahadurganj’s Shivraj Hospital on July 30.
