Complaint Against Accused Of Rape
Mirchaiya District Police Office registered a complaint against 42-year-old Devkumar Mahato of Mirchaiya Municipality-5 on November 2 for the crime of rape of a 35-year-old woman.
The victim informed that she filed a complaint on November 1, alleging that the accused had raped the her on March 1, 2023.
The health examination of the victim was done on November 2 at the Provincial Hospital, Siraha.
According to District Police Office Mirchaiya DSP Jitendra Basnet, the accused is currently absconding and the search is underway.
