Complaint Against Accused of Domestic Violence
48-year-old Gomadevi Darji of Myanglung Municipality-10 filed a complaint at Police against her 50-year-old husband Jelal Darji accusing him of domestic violence.
ASI Rita Pokharel, Chief of the Women, Children and Senior Citizen Service Center of the District Police Office, said that the victim lodged a complaint on February 26 after the accused beat her during a domestic dispute on the same day. The investigation regarding the incident is going on.
The victim suffering injuries in various parts of the body was treated at a local clinic on February 26.
