Complaint Against Accused Of Attempted Rape
The aggrieved party filed a complaint against 28-year-old Dipendra Yadav of Kaudena Rural Municipality-7 Sakraul at the District Police Office, Malangwa, on December 21 accusing him of attempted rape of a 29-year-old woman.
The victim alleged the accused of physically assaulting her at her house on December 18 and attempting to rape her.
The health examination of the victim was done on December 22 at the Sarlahi District Hospital, Malangwa.
DSP Dipendra Panjiyar Tharu of the District Police Office Malangwa informed that the accused is absconding as soon as he learned that the complaint was lodged.
