Commitment Shown to respect Human Rights during election
The political parties, local police administration, social organizations and representatives of civil society have shown their commitment to respect human rights during the election.
The political parties, local administration and members from the civil society shown the commitment while speaking at the program in Bardibas of Mahottari organized by CCCE on June 16.
The representatives of the political parties said that election is the fundamental of democracy and it the political liability to create an environment for the clean election. The participants of the program have drawn the attention of the police administration to demotivate the activities that might severely affect the election.
Speaking at the program, CCCE co-chairperson and INSEC chairperson Subodh Raj Pyakurel and CCCE co-chairperson and HURON chairperson Indra Aryal emphasized that everyone must participate in the election as election is the “Antibiotic” of democracy. Similarly, speaking at the program, political analyst Dr Rajesh Ahiraj said that the election is the best way for the parties to go to the people and no one should miss this opportunity.
