Commission Urges to Ensure “Right To Life”
National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) while releasing a press statement on August 17 urged government to ensure people’s right to love by being aware on road accidents.
In the month of August, more than 100 people have lost their lives in a road accident nationwide and more than 205 were injured.
The commission said that its attention has been drawn in a recent road accident nationwide and it is monitoring the incident.
The press statement said that the commission has deployed a team to prepare a report on bus accident at Birtadeurali of Kavre on August 15. It has also stated that due to the lack of inter-relationship between development method and administration guaranteeing Human Rights, people are losing their right to life.
