Clash over a dispute on formation of School Management Committee
At least two people were injured during a clash between “Naya Shakti” and Maoist cadres over a dispute on formation of School Management Committee at Dandaphaya.
The victim’s party said that Hari Bahadur Shahi, 34 and Narendra Shahi,35 of Naya Shakti had intimidated 36 years old Maoist cadre Netra Bahadur Shahi of Dandaphaya VDC-1 on November 3.
The victim Shahi sustained head and ear injuries and was referred to the hospital outside the district according to acting chief Dhruba Singh of District Hospital.
There has been a dispute between the political party since the formation process of Kailash Secondary School’s management committee. The people involved in an incident are absconding according to the inspector Om Prakash Yadav of District Police Office, Humla. He added that the investigation regarding the incident is undergoing.
