Clash Between Cadres of Congress and UML at Kalinchowk Rural Municipality
Two people have been injured in a clash between CPN-UML and Nepali Congress cadres in Kalinchok Municipality on May 10.
A clash took place between UML and Nepali Congress cadres in Kalinchok Municipality Ward No. 4.
UML cadre Rajendra Karki and Nepali Congress cadre Kshetra Karki were injured in the clash.
Kshetra Karki is undergoing treatment at the District Hospital, Charikot.
Another injured Rajendra Karki is undergoing treatment at Singati Hospital, said Sanu Tamang, Inspector at the Area Police Office, Singati.
It is reported that UML cadres attacked Kshetra Karki with a sharp weapon.
According to police, the local level election was the reason behind the clashed.
