Children Deprived of Going To School

More than 50 students were deprived of going to the school due to the current of water after a flood in Triyuga river at Andheri of Bhalaya Danda-3.

The students were deprived of going to school after a  seven years old wooden bridge was swept away by flood in Triyuga river on September 20 and 21.

Student are compelled to travel one hour by walk to go to lower secondary and secondary schools in this area according to management committee chairman Bhim Bahadur Basnet.

Students could not go to the school due to the terror of floods, he added.

Principal Chandra Bahadur Karki of Janata Secondary school of Kawai said that students are not allowed to go to the school in such risky condition.

If the bridge is made again, students will have easy access to the school, he added.
