Arrested on charge of molestation
Police have arrested 31 years old Bhim Bahadur Giri of Bangalachuli Rural Municipality-5, Hansipur on November 6 on charge of molesting 14 years old girl.
The victim’s party had lodged a complaint at police post in Kamirechaur on November 5 against the accused and based on the complaint lodged, the accused was arrested by the police according to SP Durga Singh.
The victim underwent a health checkup at Rapti sub-regional office of Ghorahi on November 6. According to the doctor, the girl is four weeks pregnant.
The victim is kept at Women and children service center. The incident is under investigation.
