Child misbehaved on charge of stealing 10 rupees
A nine years old boy Bala Ram Yadav of Shambhu Nath Municipality-1 was misbehaved and punished by tying his hands on charge of steling ten rupees on October 18. A shopkeeper Radheshyam Shah, 21 and his 50 years old mother had tied him and intimidated a boy.
The boy was controlled from the school, tied his both hands and beaten for half and hour according to the victim.
The victim sustained several bruises over his body and was rushed to the nearby clinic for treatmentle according to the victim’s uncle Amod Yadav. The victim’s father Binod Kumar Yadav has lodged a complaint at District Child Walefare Committee and Women and Children Service Center on October 18.
